Farry and Tomlinson Introduce Legislation for Mandatory Jail Time for Illegal Possession of a Firearm
WHAT: Rep. Frank Farry (R-Bucks) and Rep. K.C. Tomlinson (R-Bucks) will join local community members at an event to unveil their legislation which would impose a new mandatory minimum sentence for previously convicted offenders found to be illegally in possession of a firearm. As crime surges in the City of Philadelphia, more and more dangerous criminals are illegally possessing firearms and it is affecting our communities directly in Bucks County.
